To Meet at 4th UN PRME MENA Regional Forum

After the success of the three previous editions of the PRME MENA Regional Forum,

  • In 2011, at the American University in Cairo (Egypt)
  • In 2012, at the Holy Spirit UniversityofKaslik(Lebanon)
  • In 2013, at the University ofDubai(United Arab Emirates)

this United Nations-backed global initiative, developed to promote responsibility and sustainability in business education, announces its 4th edition next 10 and 11 November, in ESCA Ecole de Management in Casablanca, Morocco.

This international high-level meeting will bring together over 300 participants from 20 countries to explore approaches, experiences and best practices and discuss challenges and strategies for improving responsible management education. Among them state ministers, senior officials, university and business school deans, academics, researchers, entrepreneurs and members of corporate sector and civil society from North Africa and the Middle East.

Discussions and presentations will be organized into plenary sessions and thematic round-tables, devoted this year to “Regional and Local Challenges for Responsible Management Education”.

As the Arab World is facing deep changes and difficult transitions, this new edition of PRME MENA Regional Forum aims to highlight the importance of educational institutions on the south and east coast of the Mediterranean to adopt the Principles for Responsible Management Education.

As the first Business School in Morocco and French-speaking African, ESCA Ecole de Management advocates responsible leadership and sustainable management and complies with the United Nations PRME since 2012.

The Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) is a UN Global Compact-backed initiative developed to promote corporate responsibility and sustainability in business education.
